If you live anywhere near Portland you have to try The Lamb's Table Catering. Jamie Snell is an artist with food. Color, aroma, heart, and soul.
She'll have you and your guests well taken care of and delighted course after course with fresh and seasonal fare. You may choose to focus on a region or themed evening, or make requests and watch Jamie handle them magnificently.

You need to be hosting within 100 miles of Portland, use the service within one year of the auction close, accept that all dates may not be available, and schedule with at least two weeks advance notice (though the more the better if you have a particular date in mind).
