Chef Trosper works at Nora’s Table in Hood River, Oregon as a pastry chef, catering chef and prep cook. She has a passion for preparing amazing food for other people, and a heart of service. Chef Trosper is professionally trained and has over 10 years of professional experience.

This class will take place in your own kitchen (or in that of one of your guests if you wish) and can be structured by what you want to learn – choose from following:

• Cake Artistry (How to make a layer cake and decorate it like a professional.)
• Stock and Soup making
• Gnocchi Goodness (How to make and serve gnocchi.)
• Grill Master Class (Learn how to grill correctly with temperature control.)
• Fresh Veggie Cooking

Class requires at least 2 weeks advance scheduling and excludes all Saturdays through September 2010. This class must be held within one year of auction close.

Chef Trosper is willing to drive up to 45 miles from Hood River for this class.
